Breakfast in Marco Polo Ortigas Manila

For this particular stay, we celebrated our daughter’s 6th birthday, and it was such a pleasant experience! We’ve tried different room types before, but this time our daughter requested the room with a window by the bathtub — her personal favorite! I love that all rooms come with bathtubs, but the ones with the glass partition add a little something special, especially for kids. :) What truly makes this hotel stand out is the amazing staff. From the parking area, to the lobby, housekeeping, the pool team, breakfast service, the security team— everyone is just genuinely warm, professional, and respectful. You won’t hear idle chatter or unpleasant tones; even when they talk among themselves, it’s done quietly and with decorum. You really feel taken care of from start to finish. The breakfast, while still delicious, felt a bit more limited compared to our past visits. It might just be us and our changing food preferences, but I felt like the variety wasn’t as impressive this time. I actually prefer the smaller but more curated selection in the executive lounge over the main hall if this is the case. Still, despite that, we had a wonderful stay. Great service, clean and cozy rooms, and a memorable birthday celebration for our daughter — can’t ask for more! PS: The staff gave our daughter a mini birthday cake, and she was so delighted! It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly added a special touch to her day. Special shoutout to the ff staff: Andre, Maica, Marc, Teody, AL, Chauv and Dennise

The staff are really friendly and it makes me proud to be a Filipino by birth. The word hospitality are written on each of there faces. They go way beyond to help especially travelling with my other half (first time in the country), our daughter and my elderly mum. They made the experience stress free. The only down side is the location. But as what I keep telling everyone the Manila I remembered 18yrs ago was not that horrendous traffic wise. Maybe it's post pandemic but the staff was always there to rescue us especially when we got stuck looking for a taxi on our way back to the hotel (they're not the cheapest when it comes to transport but worth every penny). Would definitely stay at Marco Polo again whenever we visit the capital. I'm gutted they shut down Davao as I would love to stay there as its not far from Mum's. But thank you to everyone for making our stay memorable and relaxing. The coffee pronto is amazing. The staff are really friendly and considerate. Riza (I hope I got her name correct) she's amazing she deserves a 5 star for her service and she even said goodbye to us while we're waiting for our Grab on our way to the airport. That means a lot to us thank you so much x

I loved our overall stay. We were there for the NYE celeb, and though there's alot of people, the check-in was smooth, staff were nice, the room was clean and smelled good. I just wished that the TV was bigger and maybe change to smart TV. We tried room service and food was ok and pricey for the quality, i have tasted better pizza and adobo in other 4 and 5 star hotels but cheaper. Internet was also good. The VU's bar is something and a very good spot for watching fireworks display. Food was ok and again, pricey for the quality. We tried their fries, VU's platter, nachos, mozarella sticks..some of the liquor. Breakfast was included in our package and though there was a long line..we didnt wait for a long time to be seated..it was smooth..the food i tried was mostly good, except the the german and chicken sausage.

This hotel is a beautiful place to stay in Manila. The location is close by to malls and the facilities and the rooms here are top notch. We loved how the check-in was on such a high level and had a great view, as well as how grand it felt to be there. The breakfast was great too and the rooftop bar was a lovely addition. The indoor pool was great and our favourite part was having a massage daily in the spa area, the staff are so lovely.

The cleanliness of your room and the very pleasant attitude of all your staff, the best! Re room, it was comfortable and had a relaxing atmosphere. However, I did notice that some aspects of the room could use a bit of updating to enhance the overall guest experience. Your hotel has so much potential, and I’m confident that a few modern touches would make it even more inviting.
