The staff are really friendly and it makes me proud to be a Filipino by birth. The word hospitality are written on each of there faces. They go way beyond to help especially travelling with my other half (first time in the country), our daughter and my elderly mum. They made the experience stress free. The only down side is the location. But as what I keep telling everyone the Manila I remembered 18yrs ago was not that horrendous traffic wise. Maybe it's post pandemic but the staff was always there to rescue us especially when we got stuck looking for a taxi on our way back to the hotel (they're not the cheapest when it comes to transport but worth every penny). Would definitely stay at Marco Polo again whenever we visit the capital. I'm gutted they shut down Davao as I would love to stay there as its not far from Mum's. But thank you to everyone for making our stay memorable and relaxing. The coffee pronto is amazing. The staff are really friendly and considerate. Riza (I hope I got her name correct) she's amazing she deserves a 5 star for her service and she even said goodbye to us while we're waiting for our Grab on our way to the airport. That means a lot to us thank you so much x

We usually stay at Joy Nostalgia and this is a great alternative to it. Close to restaurants and convenient stores Got a massage at the spa at 11:30pm. That was great. The gym is spacious, clean and well equipped They have a 711 on the ground floor Breakfast buffet was amazing and the team serving breakfast and cooking meals was A+

The room is quiet (soundproof), big and clean. Wifi from our room is also good. The bed is comfy and big with good quality pillows. Every room has it's own bath tub that you can use whenever you feel like dipping into water for a while aside from their (HEATED) indoor pool on a separate floor which was really great. We booked during weekdays and nobody was using it except my family. My daughter surely enjoyed it. The staff is amazing. They will greet you and attend to your needs properly with a smile. This is my third time staying and they always allow us to have an early check-in provided that I need to check with them in advance on the day of our booking. Will keep coming back here rather than choosing another overrated 5-star hotels. Highly recommended.

- The Hotel location is excellent and the area is clean and upscaled - The Hotel is inside a skyscraper and located on the 24 floor. My room was on the 34 floor and so the view from the hotel windows was breathtaking and the very quiet - The hotel staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful. My check-in and check-out experience was smooth - The room was very comfortable in terms of space and facilities and had an espresso machine - The bathroom was AMAZING and had a bathtub - Dine-in service was also excellent in time and quality: The food arrived hot, the presentation was just like 5-star restaurant and the taste was very good.

The room is big and clean. The king bed and pillows are very comfy. Great choices for breakfast buffet. The continental lounge has a great view of the city, but was very warm in the morning/midday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My son enjoyed the pool. We had the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves for 45minutes.

The club was quite good on weekdays with reasonable choice. However Sat + Sunday was dismal. When we asked the staff on Sunday about being served some real cocktails they went out of their ways to arrange. Excellent service! (sorry forgot their names). Buffet breakfast really excellent. Everything was excellent including e.g. the croissant and nuts choice for example but as well baked potato slices and the yoghurt. We did quite a few staycations in HK these Covid years and this breakfast supervised by chef Renie (and manager Noel), really topped all of them including the Four Seasons and The Ritz (in HK)
